This was the most toxic and hostile work environment I have ever worked in. My boss was the worst micromanager I’ve ever encountered. He had no idea how anything worked so he compensated by trying to micromanage and nitpick EVERYTHING. One of the more insane things that happened while I was there was I was given a $20,000 paycut (or else I would have been fired) several months into working there, not because my performance wasn’t good, but because they chose to hire me despite the fact that I had a couple years less experience than they were asking for on the application I filled out. The CEO just hires his buddies to be all the bosses despite them having no experience or qualifications. Everything about this place was a train wreck. It truly had no redeeming qualities except of course some of the people also trapped there were cool. But basically no one who actually had any power to change anything was a decent human being or competent at their job.

Working remote with no help. Constant manager meetings. Busy time is a joke. You are basically given a crappy stapled pack of printed out unorganized notes and a computer and told to learn it. If you have a question put it in the messenger box and wait….horrible management, lowered my pay after 30 days because they said they made a mistake when the gave me the offer letter. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They lie to their customers and you will be tethered to your phone all day trying to figure out how to basically run the company with no training. It’s a joke.
