      Pros

      1. It is a high team environment. 2. People will always support you and will encourage you to grow. 3. As any other sale position the more you put in it the more you will get out of it. I have been with the company close to 6 months and I like it so far. If you are looking to make a lot of money, this is the job for you. At Aerotek you will have an extensive training period which will make you a better recruiter.

      Cons

      Like any other job you have long hours. Your day will start at about 7:45 and you will be done at around 5:30-6. The money is worth it

      I have been with Aerotek for 5 years now and I'm so grateful for all the professional development and amazing relationships I have built here. This job is not for the faint of heart it's long hours and a lot of hard work but the financial rewards and the personal investment this company puts into their internal employees is invaluable. Also the company prides itself on being the best in the industry and making sure we provide the best customer service to both our clients and contractors. If you are someone who prides themselves in being a hard worker, looking to better themselves each and everyday and be financially compensated for your efforts then this is definitely a great opportunity for you!

      Hours are long but no one ever made over 6 figures working 9-5
