- Direct intimate relationship between recruiter and manager - if you land on a good one you are set if you don't tough luck - Difficult to move between divisions - frowned upon internally - Talk is all about helping others develop but environment is very sharky nontheless - Long hours/lack of work-life balance but if you aren't okay with that the industry is wrong for you

Judgmental and caddy collectively, yet the corporation is known for that- I mean they are always judging a new recruiter's ability to sell, and are a little aggressive about accepting people's authenticity. Many recruiter's who start their career at Aerotek end up getting a little "bullied out" and then quickly produce better once offered a job with another recruiting firm. I don't know if this has something to do with how a group think that's negative about a person can alter their ability to feel successful or liked, but once they leave are able to feel more confident, comfortable, and asset with another group/new collective perspective.
