      I feel this is a great company for someone to start a career and learn about business. You must be driven and ready to work hours that your friends do not, but you are a recruiter/sales so if you are not calling people your competition is...

      once you develop a territory they want you to split it to provide more opportunity to others, however there comes a time when the territory is tapped out.

      Pros

      I was hired into a position through Aerotek which turned out to be a 5 year $40k+ annual permanent position with excellent benefits.

      Cons

      Recently I decided to move forward with a career change. I was contacted by a recruiter who mid phone call cut me off and said she had a meeting. She did send me the typing test in which I scored 100%. Minutes later I was sent an email turning me down for the position. We never even got to discuss my scores or resume info. I guess it must have been my voice who knows.
