Pros

They give you a car allowance but realistically you are taking care of all the maintenance. Cell phones are reimbursed for $100/mo and they pick up client expenses. The best part of the job is getting out of the office. (you are being tracked where ever you go - watch out)

Cons

The hours are long. (7:30AM - 6:00PM REQUIRED), Micro-Management, Staffing industry is slow, Poor leadership at the DBO level, Low compensation in a down economy, no time for personal life, if you have a family - this is not the job for you!

Pros

It is the only place I know where a 20 something with a good head on their shoulders and a solid work ethic can make some serious cash and build a career. Yes, the benefits aren’t great and the hours are intensive but we are young and ambitious. If you are not willing to put the time in now for later then this is not the place for you. If you are I guarantee you will become a better employee and gain valuable experience; no doubts at all

Cons

The hours are long and if you arent producing then your paychecks arent great. But again, it is an opportunity to learn and if you get good at it you can literally make 6 figures in a year or 3.

Pros

It beats flipping burgers. It can be a fun environment since you're surrounded by 20 year olds.

Cons

Working 50+ hours a week. Really poor commission structure - They utilize 'spread' where you don't make a % of what you place, but rather a % of the %. It's garbage and a real way of working you over the coals. No one ever stays that long. It's full of 20 year olds who can't find anything else that's better. Take this job if you want something to tack on to your resume to build experience. I saw 5 or 6 people leave in the time I worked for Aerotek, then a mass layoff that they sprung on us at the last minute.
