Pros
great overall business and corporate experience in sales, advertising, networking, pr. Great people to work with since they are all around the same age and good money to be made at a young age if your good at it
Cons
long hours, all the account managers think they are god's gift because they got promoted even though some of them are miserable at their job. not getting recognized for a good job without a "but do better" speech afterwards. All mishaps are blamed on recruiters. also the managers dont respect or care about the recruiters at all because they aren't "on the same level" even though it is no one's fault that everyone has to start off as a recruiter
