Pros

- Unlimited earning potential (the more you place the more you can make $) - Get to take contractors to lunch and get to know people who "work" for you

Cons

- Long hours (7:30 am until 6-7 pm EVERY night) - You HAVE to become best friends with everyone in the office. They host monthly "team building" activities and shun people who do not attend (after hour and a lot of drinking) - No work/life balance - No insight to business. Account manager handles everything and then you just do the recruiting

Pros

Work with some great businesses. Might find you employment. Last time I used Aerotek ( Different office) I was employed for 3 years.

Cons

Dishonest Recruiters. Very unprofessional. More like angry car salesman. Will tell you what you want to hear to get you into a job, change their story later. Not concerned with their employees well being. You are a commission and that is it. If you are not happy, they will not help you right away.

Lets you set a step in the company and apply for a full time position

Cons

No benefits at all. Easily disposable without any previous notice - a lot of people were unable to find a job after the contract expired -
