Pros

Pay is decent, not great. Benefits start as soon as you start.

Cons

It's a who you know organization. If you don't know anyone or those in power don't like you then leave quickly. Its not worth the effort put it to do your best. You will not be promoted. Benefits suck, deductible is "high" and they continually shove down your throat new policies.
