Pros

Well run company with very clear goals. Lost of flexibility in job and creativity was supported.

Cons

The account manager job is only as effective as the internal operations of the company. Do to cutbacks, at times it became difficult to fulfill the needs of the client. Also, Aetna can be very structured internally and not lend itself to a lot of flexiblity on its programs and offerings.

Pros

Name recognition, growth opportunities outside us, competitive pay

Cons

Bureaucratic, politics, conservative. Negotiate higher salary at start as harder to gain raises. Can be quite linear as an organization ( silo culture). Low morale
