Pros

Work and life balance, woman friendly, stable of the job, good vacation leave, wellness programs and the reward is about $1200 for family a year.

Cons

minimum job advance opportunities to minorities. Not much of the focus on developing employee professionally. The training is more on Aetnaized.

Pros

Exemplary training, benefits, time-off, flexibility and support to those with a defined career path for success and progress.

Cons

Expectations on employee's productivity can be significant at times, and even unattainable, which can be discouraging.
