Pros

Interesting tech stack to work with The people were generally okay

Cons

super political - every decision is based on how this makes my boss look rather than what's best for the employee or customer. Pay is a joke - 3.5% increase in the past 2 years against 20% inflation. I lost money working here. They penalize people whose spouse also works by surcharging benefits. work-life balance in nonexistent. Unclear expectations and constantly moving goalposts CEO bonus gets funded but the last 2 years, the one for regular folks didn't

Pros

My former supervisor was super understanding and cared a lot about our accomplishments and pushing us to be better and do better. There was a lot of busy work, off the founds for SME's at the time I was there. I was able to help people with things that they could not obtain by themselves and advocate for members/clients.

Cons

Does not work around court order custody agreements. Does not provide huge raises, or even a few dollars in raises at your yearly evaluations.

Pros

Good company Fair compensation Goals and objectives well defined

Cons

Layoff instead of offering early retirement left bitter taste for those being laid off who have given 15+ years of service.
