      Friendly community, small company, no bureaucracy from mid level and below, fast-fail approach that keeps teams progressing, culture and values on a significant level

      Cons

      May be a bit tricky for foreigners to grow and implement themself if you don't speak czech language

Reviews like yours really do make my day… I am sad to hear that it’s sometimes tricky for non-Czech speakers to grow in Prague. English is our business language – and we even offer free English lessons to help our people who have English as a second language.       I’m very happy to hear that you feel that you are treated as an adult as we believe this is essential. Treating people with respect builds a strong foundation of trust, and trust is one of the main ingredients to Aevi being a success. We know that collaboration in this new ‘hiring without borders’ and hybrid/remote world is not as easy as it used to be; and we know that simply overlaying the old ways of doing things in this new world does not work.
