unlimited PTO and remote culture are scam, they limit 2 weeks for each request, high restrictions to many countries and cities to work remotely. leaderships are all unqualified, good at presentation, sugar coating the number when the business is not going well. Pretend like big company toxic culture and leaderships. ICs get so much stress and burnout to deliver because of bad decision and constant changes happen in leadership. No career development for ICs, no matter how much you make impact to the business, how hard you worked, how many amazing projects you had done ahead and in good completion. There is no promotion, you have to beg and wait many months, its still not happen. Everything they sell during hiring you, its all not offer or they add some policy to wipe them out from your benefits. super fast pace, short sprint vision. They keep going with no stop, more and more debts created. poor ICs need to fix it over time. If you want to grow for long term, do not join this company for sure. nobody cares you, everyone steal each other works and present and climb the ladder by your achievement. i am glad I left and feel so release and happier without affinity.
