      My time at Affinity was extremely positive

      Pros

      Working at Affinity was one of the highlights of my professional career. My manager was supportive, empowering, and helped me grow professionally. I was given ownership, autonomy, and held accountable for outcomes. I was given a seat at the table for all conversations related to my role. I fashioned strong relationships across the C-suite and my expertise was valued.

      Cons

      Affinity was, like many, impacted by the major economic headwinds. So, my role was cut. Turnover in the C-suite was rough but also a natural psrt of the growth pattern for a company at their stage.
