4yWe’re sorry to hear you’ve had a negative experience at Affinity. We do try to ensure everyone is treated fairly, challenged, and has a constructive relationship with their manager which includes regular feedback, but sometimes we might get it wrong. We’re also growing quickly, which means we often need to update our policies and practices. We try to err on the side of favorability to the employees, which we did for our recent perk update (grossing up our perk allowance to offset the tax burden).
