Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear you appreciate Affinity’s remote-friendly environment and the opportunities to make an impact. Creating a respectful, people-first culture is important to us, so it’s encouraging to see that reflected in your experience. We also appreciate your comments about the pace and level of structure. We recognize that in a high-growth environment, shifting priorities and evolving processes can be challenging. We're actively working on improving documentation and cross-functional clarity to help create more consistency across teams. Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate your comments about Affinity’s compensation, PTO benefits, perks, and flexible work options. It's important to us that our team members are well-supported and valued. We've also noted your comment about our product being difficult to learn. If you have specific suggestions for improving the product experience, we'd like to hear them through our internal feedback channels, including our AMA (Ask Me Anything) channel and our HR Business Partners who support our teams. Direct feedback is valuable to help us better understand how to best support new team members to get up to speed effectively. Thank you.

We appreciate your recognition of our strategic transition under new leadership and are pleased to hear that our commitment to transparency and documentation is evident throughout the organization. It's especially meaningful that you've noticed our leadership team's appreciation for employee contributions and our focus on staff wellbeing. Your observation about communication challenges during periods of rapid growth is insightful. We acknowledge that maintaining clear, consistent communication can be difficult when moving quickly.
