Incredible people, awesome product, inspiring mission

* Best people I've ever worked with! Everyone here is super smart, nice, and motivated, on every team--from engineering and design to business and sales. I learn something new every day from the people here and always have a good time in the office. * The product is really awesome and it's fun to work on. As an engineer, there's a lot of really interesting challenges to work on, like scaling, information extraction, etc. The long-term vision for the product is inspiring and ambitious. * There's a strong focus on learning through feedback and iteration. * The culture's very open and transparent. I always feel like I have a clear sense of how we're doing as a company and what our company-wide priorities are. * Hackathons!

Like with any small company, a lot of internal processes are still evolving and occasionally messy.
