Pros
Very Honest. Quick pay on commissions. They pay for shipping, brochures and fliers, etc.
Cons
Very hard to recruit new agents. PA insurance exam is not easy to pass and takes time to study. If we do get someone who has passed a has a license, they don't stay for long. Have to be motivated. Constant prospecting.
