Pros

Incredible career for those who are dedicated and have a great work ethic! Freedom to be your own boss, amazing trips, bonuses for new and veteran agents, and life-time residual income. Awesome training & support with the S. FL Boca team! They work right along side of you. You can love what you do, make a difference, and believe in what you are doing. Family mentality. Great family/work balance. Growing needed industry! Lots of advancement opportunities. FORTUNE 500 and a World's most Ethical Company.

Cons

What you put into it, is what you get out of it. If you don't have a good work ethic and you are not driven, this is not for you.

Pros

The concept is wonderful and there is a need for this service. The customer is well taken care of with the immediate needs of financial support in the case of an emergency or hospitalization. The website is informative.

Cons

The challenges I faced were the lack of organization when it comes to support of the agent, sure there is information handed out and the meetings are great but one on one assistance is very little. One would be assigned to a District Coordinator. The responsibility of the DSC is to help the new agent in the field, coaching the agent for success. The DSC is suppose to assist the agent in getting 2-5 accounts and over a course of 5 weeks of training, the agent is released to run his/her own business. The DSC is available at anytime the agent needs him/her... This is not the case with this office.. Everyone has their own agenda and only has time for the new agent if they have a strong lead that the agent has acquired on their own. I spent my last on becoming apart of this reputable team and have been pushed aside to the point that I had to speak with regional for assist and he has done the same.. Shocked and disappointed, I had to find other means of income. I wished things worked out because the concept is wonderful and the potential to make a lot of money is there but this company picks and choose whom they want to help..

Pros

Good products that do help consumers in time of need

Cons

Horrible work environment. New sales associates are expected to bring their rolladex for management to pick for leads. No benefits or salary, yet expected to work 50+ hours per week cold calling. Proceed with caution!
