Pros
I think overall the place is great, is extremely family friendly and you can beat the EAW (employee appreciation week). The pay is pretty good and the benefits are the best i have seen yet.
Cons
i think there are too many staffing companies involve in the hiring process so once you get in, you have to compete with multiple temps all for the same position and that is not counting the permanent employees from other departments that want the same position too.
