      Pros

      Lots of growth opportunities and space to grow. You're able to have autonomy in your role but also work closely with the leaders on your team, and other teams as well. The people I work with are great – they're friendly, get things done, and are never hesitant when you have questions or want to have an open discussion. Fully remote company, with the option to come into a co-working office if you feel like it.

      - Great leadership - a lot of autonomy provided and every day you can contribute to making an impact to the team - Having the opportunity to join a hyper growth team with goals to 10x is something that is exciting - Seeing new members joining the team on a weekly basis is super exciting and everyone has the same mindset to grow, learn and contribute - Remote work with option for Wework space - Has already established market fit, which allows us to focus on brand building and showcasing the awesome line of products

      - Processes are still being established - Growing pains but the benefits will come!
