      Pros

      Did not get a chance to find out as they changed the 7:30am to 4:30pm schedule to a 24/7 on call schedule essentially right after I accepted the job offer.

      Can't say there are other cons besides them changing the schedule agreement right after accepting the job offer

      Pros

      The outreach team is evolving into a force to be reckoned with. The team is growing at a fast pace and is only getting stronger. As a member of the team I feel supported and encouraged by all members including management. Although my co-workers are in other states I feel part of a team and family.

      Pros

      The culture of this company is great and all inclusive. While there is no shortage of work as I work hard, there's always time built in to say thankyou and we appreciate you. We also have the best HR person ever, she's always there to help employees work through difficult situations.

      Long hours. The phone never stops ringing.
