Pros

Aftermath cares about their people. They show this by supportive and transparent management and providing a good atmosphere which encourages personal growth. The company provides a good work/life balance and is accommodating when personal/family issues arise. I’ve always been treated with respect and given the opportunity to work around problems when they come up.

Cons

Because they are a 24/7 business, sometimes working hours are outside of normal business hours, however, I’ve always been afforded flexibility in setting my working hours.

Thank you for your feedback. I know that our schedule can be unpredictable, and because we understand and recognize that unpredictability, we provide our employees with as much flexibility and work/life balance as we can. We are fortunate to have a committed team, both at the home office and in the field, to make these accommodations possible. It has been personally rewarding to be able to lead such a dedicated team that shares so much enthusiasm and passion for helping families.

Pros

Working closely with others who all share the common goal of helping families. There's always a need and appreciation for peoples' strengths, and new projects & opportunities are open to those who are willing. There is a commitment to growth (at the individual & company levels), and an openness to new ideas to reach new heights.

Cons

24/7 business that (depending on the role) requires time outside of normal business hours.
