Pros

Decently flexible work. Cheat families out of thousands to get a pat on the back. Become a speed bump for the bus your team drives so they look better.

Cons

Low pay, terrible communication, work conditions lace retaliation is encouraged and easy, home office and field crews arguing constantly, no professionalism amongst crew members. Get written up for complaining to HR.

Pros

You're sure to meet a lot of interesting people..? My coworkers were wonderful! I use to think there were countless pros to working with Aftermath Services.. until I saw them for what they really are. My best advice for anyone who is seeking employment here.... DONT DO IT!!

Cons

The guilt trip you receive if you don't "opt in" to being on call 24/7 Upper management playing favorites Constant changes in policies that don't actually help Corporates obsession with screwing over families People who work at the home office get bonuses for the jobs the crew sign off and complete while the crew only gets paid for the hours. Some people at the home office expect you to harass clients in order to get the job signed off, even after they've already told you to leave their property. They will literally hire anyone, regardless of how many red flags pop up in the interviews. Some people can do something 100 times and no one bats an eye while another is accused of the same and they're fired with no questions asked. Hardly any downtime between jobs Ridiculous expectations for how many hours you're willing to work and/or drive in a day Only provides 1 meal a day and it's only if you're on an out of area multi-day job and it has to stay below $15 Honestly, I could go on and on and on... but the simple fact they are currently being sued (for the 2nd time) by a major insurance company for how corrupt they are should be a big enough con for no one to want to work here.. I know it's enough for me.
