Steady pace

Pros

The pension everyone pushes as a reason to stay on board. People are friendly and knowledgeable. Career succession is important here.

Cons

Lack of IS staff makes for slow technological progress. Nothing here is done fast, people seem to work at a steady pace just doing what they need to to get buy. The pay is decent but could be better, management bonus potential seems to be a factor they consider part of base pay.

It’s okay

Pros

Great benefits, including pension. An on-site cafeteria with a chef that serves breakfast and lunch.

Cons

Room for growth and advancement is practically nonexistent. Pay is low compared to AGP’s competitors, which is a contributing factor as to why AGP cannot attract or retain younger employees.
