Swing shift hours, understaffed so you pick up hours on your days off. Poor communication from management to hourly employees. Very rare opportunity for advancement in the company

Some the other employee are pretty good.

Cons

They don't treat people the same. I was forced to quit because I wouldn't give up my cell phone when I was in a legal battle for adoption for my grand kids. I was office help and everyone else in the office were allowed to keep their phones with them. I didn't want to give my work phone number out because I didn't feel it was anyone's business when the lawyer was calling me because some people in that office are big mouths.
