Pros

Good ole boys company where the men are concerned. They are professional yet laid back.

Cons

The women are toxic. They play games, create fictional scenarios in the head so they can be tattle tails. If you just want to go to work, learn your job (which is hard because no one wants to train you as that is job security for them), & go home...don't work here. If you are a female & you enjoy being deceitful, manipulative, mean-spirited etc...you'll fit right in.

They care about their employees and even the newest of hires can quickly get to know even people in corporate offices. Their corporate directors are actively involved in the day to day goings on at the individual plant levels, and they practically guarantee that when you get into a supervisory role, you will succeed.

Cons

Salary-wise, they are not very competitive once you get into the managerial aspect of things.
