      This was the job I didn’t know I needed. As a nurse a good team can make or break a job and our Hands of Hope Team is the best I’ve been apart of. Your voice matters! An awesome place to work!

      Insecure with job security. Recent illness, new nurses had my cases on my return I had to have meetings with supervisor to receive back my caseload. It was a battle and I told them it made me feel unappreciated. I now have my caseload back thanks to my supervisor. They also had me assigned 16 points to reach but only enough assignments to make 12 points so that left me not meeting my productivity.
