Pros

Sweet Residents and Families and they deserve more

Cons

Never properly trained, loss of sleep due to stress, no home life, goal post continuously moved, once goals were reached then were changed, mandatory meetings with little to no attendance from team. With covid and restrictions changing daily very unrealistic expectations

Pros

The idea of giving care from a “family” is a great sales tool. Easy to get hired

Cons

Low wages( minimum wage regardless of experience) high turn over among hourly and salaried employees , management not present after 5pm, 4:30 on Fridays and absent weekends and holidays. Zero communication. The shine wears off fast when corporate does not walk the walk.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us here at Agemark. We are disheartened to hear that you walked away with such a poor vision of us. We value input and are focusing on various programs to provide continuity and training with the management team. We look to improve in all areas in our company and hold ourselves to a high standard. Creating loyalty, leading by example and listening are strong take aways. As it may be to late to reconcile, I want you to know that we are using your experience and feedback to make it a better experience for others.
