Pros

If you work alot of OT you can make close to 40k a year if not more. Benefits are decent. If you are salary you have more flexibility.

Cons

Not all managers know what they are doing. They hire outside sups that try and lead agents who have been here longer than they have.

Pros

Okay pay, some great supervisor, lots of hours. The coworkers are what really make the job worth it, and the fact that you just sit and take phone calls all day is easy money.

Cons

Mandatory overtime. No work/life balance. The rude customers, and it’s nearly impossible to get a supervisor on the floor to come over and help when needed.
