poor management, mandatory overtime, no work life balance.

People and environment are tolerable Location is easy to get to from next to Wellington station

Cons

There is no opportunity within the department to move forward Management is constantly looking for ways that you messed up and then scolding you like a child rather than using the opportunity to coach you No opportunity to advance your education Training for the position is poor at best
