Pros
They pay, but that's not really a "pro" so much as a basic requirement. They have a lax dresscode. They'll also hire just about anybody.
Cons
The work is stressful. They make a lot of promises of promotions, but never follow through. They like to espouse how everybody that works there used to answer phones, but regularly higher outside people without putting them on the phones. They believe platitudes and propaganda are a good replacement creating a good work environment. They say they recognize you for your achievements, but they never do. There's a lot of double-talk, double-think, and word-policing that goes on here.
