Pros

Steady pay and great job security, friendly HR and Training departments, opportunity to move up in the company with hard work, normal benefits.

Cons

Fast paced and sometimes stressful atmosphere, extremely performance and metric driven, unrealistic workload for supervisors, not for those who do not work well under pressure.

Pros

Depending on what position you move into, there is possibility of flexible scheduling. Dont expect this starting out as a CSR in roadside.

Cons

Pay is not enough for workload. Mandatory OT 9 months out of the year. If you can't find time for OT around the things you already planned in your personal life (given short notice) they will put it on your schedule. Or else you take the hit for not being there. There are much more qualified people than those moved into management, but it's who you know. Rarely any consensus in management on how to get things done so as an agent you can expect to take the fall for the chaos.
