Pros

Remote work and you can always reach out to management.

Cons

Low salary. They outsource agents from other countries only to pay them $3/hr but give the same amount of work that their employees do. Always changing policies. High workload, not enough manpower. You usually drown in cases. No real do's and dont's. You have to process complaints even if the service was done years ago.

There are no pros about working for Agero.

Cons

The most disorganized, incompetent, unprofessional and corrupt businesses I've ever had the misfortune of working for. DO NOT WORK HERE.
