      Few great managers. Good atmosphere overall, though work became boring

      Pros

      - The people were great and created a good atmosphere where anyone can rely on each other (managers, technicians, engineers) and get things done. - Opportunities to travel to the headquarters in Belgium and work on different projects; I learned a lot this way, and enjoyed the weekends in Europe!

      Cons

      There were a few great managers but I cannot say this for all of them. Many were lazy and/or almost never delivering on promises. Many tasks were dumped from other teams onto the software team, because they didn't want to deal with them.
