      company was a large company and paid pretty well... Good retirement package etc

      Printing industry is a dying field...Hard to stay motivated when you see accounts closing up and low interest ...Sad

      Pros

      I loved my co-workers there. Neither before nor since have I experienced working with such kind, generous and helpful co-workers. I left AGFA approximately 10 years ago but that year wasn't available to select. Close knit groups who worked well together. I would go back there if a job opportunity presented itself.

      Cons

      No growth potential. Most people I knew had been there in the same position for 15+ years.
