      Good place to learn, but only a short while.

      Pros

      Good benefits, vacation time, schedule flexibility. Great place to learn manufacturing environment, learn to fix older/fragile equipment, and how to make things work with little resources.

      Cons

      Very little money to spend on improvements, overbearing management team stuns any productivity, and young engineers are not valued. No communication within company. Very over-controlled manufacturing environment. No raises/bonuses. Project management is not logically organized.
