      - Great product, multi disciplinary engineering design and development opportunity. - Versatile challenging work. - Flexible hours

      Cons

      - Management has no sense of direction and are short sighted. - Most people in upper management have no real skills. - Frequent lay-offs and cost cutting because of poor managerial decisions made in the past. - Way too many meetings, no emphasis on getting the work done. - No real appreciation for dedication, in fact all your hard work goes unnoticed.

      A good company with excellent people. Full commitment to product quality and customer satisfaction. Opportunities exist for those who extend themselves. While a large organization, there is an ability to influence and accelerate change.

      Allowed me to grow within the organization. Interested in quality and employee input. Lots of committed long term employees.

      Cons

      With such a large company reaction time to an issue could take long. Many layers of management that sometimes got in the way. Too many small empires, not always seen as one team.
