      Awesome learning experience, very close knit and encouraging team. Lots of experience with various engineering disciplines. One of the best teams that I have worked with!

      Pros

      Most of the people are very nice to work with. Management lets you do your job - not much in the way of micromanaging. Work/life balance a definite plus. If you're looking for a more relaxed environment, this is it.

      Cons

      Not enought growth opportunities due to the fact that many people have been here a very long time. Compensation/benefits could be better. Company has a very strong set of values and expected behaviors. However, some employees seem to get away with not adhering to them.
