I was approached by their HR Srikanth in the month of June. After some rounds of interview I was selected as Business development Manager. They asked me to resign from my current firm n serve the notice period. I recheck with HR many times whether they will be able to take me onboard. Once he confirmed in a mail I resigned from my firm. At the end of my notice period HR asked me to wait for a couple of days. Those couple of days turned into one month and after repeated follow up they agreed to take me onboard with half pay then what was promised. They didn't provide me appointment letter even after repeated follow ups , was made to work with a different company name. Then all of a sudden was terminated on completion of one month without any communication. The termination was so sudden that I was given a task one hour back by my manager and I was working on it when I received the mail by HR. My manager blocked me from all social media platforms and contact numbers immediately, this proves that it's a routine method for them.
[25/08, 21:20] Shubh: They didn't pay me anything and left be stranded without a job in such Difficult times. Worst was the way they meet me feel by abondening my employment in such a way.
