Pros

The only pro is that you have a job in today's bad economy.

Cons

Got filled in as a contractor for another company through AES. Being working more than a year now. Have no benefits. Never get paid on time. Finance department don't seem to care about my paychecks being delivered on time. Paperwork that AES sent me are unprofessional. They look like written in 1-2 minutes with grammar errors.

Sky is the limit Consulting Technology is wonderful, but it still takes people to design, oversee, set up, run, and support its use. More and more companies are in need of people with specialized technical skills to get the job done

i dont think so Our placements succeed time and again because we pair technical professionals' personalities, and abilities with your specific needs . In fact, we have one of the industry's highest rehire ratios, with the majority of our technical professionals being rehired on another AES assignmen
