Badly needed a lot of improvement

Pros

At first, I was eager to help improve the processes because I wanted to make things more efficient and easier for everyone - but the management wasn't up for it.

Cons

This company badly needed a lot of improvement with their systems and processes but unfortunately, continuous improvement isn't something they wanted to focus on and so their employees continued to suffer. I quit because I felt that we didn't have a choice within the company.

Pros

The company was committed to training the employees constantly. It focused on keeping the employees up to date all the time.

Cons

The management and some senior-level employees, who have been with the company for years, were often slow to respond to questions. It was frustrating because it impacted my work pace. They need to respond faster.
