Good salary as per market standard. Healthy environment to enjoy your tenure at office Strong management process

Cons

Less technical learning. Very limited exposure to customers. Lack of quality projects in India.

Great people & great work environment! Stimulating and challenging projects. Good work-life balance

Cons

I'm not sure I see upward mobility here (lots of mid level managers and they are all young). Also, it is difficult to become a top performer unless you are working on the hottest, high impact projects; other projects receive little attention.

Pros

Due to its inclusive environment every one gets an equal opportunity, be it a senior team member or a fresher. The fellow employees are very helpful. So it takes off the added pressure of very competitive environment. The best thing is that everyone works collectively and nobody tries to pull you down which is very uncharacteristic of a private company

Cons

Its not a downside but you are expected to put in a lot of efforts. sometimes working on holidays becomes a necessity.
