      It's used to be a good place few years back

      Cons

      Management do not have leadership skills. Managers those are not capable enough to get better job outside, stayed here since long and spoiling the career of team. If you can please your manager then it's a good place else never join this organization

      Pros

      Great exposure to China with many senior management now Chinese nationals based in Asia and USA.

      Cons

      A lot of energy is being wasted to keep an illusion going for wall street investors. Company is imploding from within with massive job loss and voluntary turn over at all levels. CEO a disaster, seems to be mentally unstable often contradicting himself in the same meeting. Almost all big bets have failed and only reason showing profit is thru massive cost cutting that is unsustainable. Acquisition by Chinese company looks likely.
