When there have been attempts at communication, it has been a giant flop. Favoritism & Promotions: There’s noticeable favoritism, and some promotions don’t make sense based on merit or performance. Talent Loss: Unfortunately, some truly great employees have been let go—often those who focus on doing excellent work rather than politics. This is demoralizing for the broader team. The old days of Mike M. are long gone, when folks felt appreciated and valued. With Padraig, he clearly doesn't give a crap about the employees.
