      Massive Firing is aiming at people who were previously adding to the diversity of the Spanish staff of the company. Firing new parents with legal protection even though by law they shouldn’t and other diverse employees. Legacy employees are scared to be on the next round of firing and this creates a toxic environment for employees with less connections. The company paused the best place to work program and diversity program budgets as those are no longer priorities. Think twice before applying.
