They are a corporate beast. They will make decisions without telling you, close divisions, move you to a different job, or fire you at the drop of a dime.

The organization is too buearucratic with too much overhead. The leaders focus more on frequent reorganizations and roll outs of new programs rather than improving how to actually run the business. While they have good values, the culture has created a mediocre organization.
