It is a big company so you have to deal with some of the strucute. Good people to work with and access to tools and high quality infrastructure.

It's a big company so has its share of processes not all of which seem to add value, too many managers running spreadsheets rather than doing the job, a lot of change in recent years to adapt to the market realities but still a good place to be.
