      - Very straightforward message in company's focus in business - There are a lot of chances of learning new things including technical / non-technical skills. - Good work/life balance - Good salary and bonus

      Cons

      - Sometimes remote management has limitations in communication. - Some are not willing to share their knowledge.

      Pros

      The products are "best in class", and the company was very good at training you on the technology, applications, and market. A friendly, team oriented environment.

      Cons

      The quota setting process tended to penalize success. Advancement into management meant near 100% travel. There was a tendency to micro-manage, and manage for short term objectives.
