      Pros

      Work life balance, respect for one's personal time, flexible work hours, everyone is very nice

      Cons

      not suitable for ambitious employees, HR compensation/rating does not reward high achievers, rewards people getting along (being conflict averse) rather than facing problems head-on, bureaucratic

      Pros

      Still the place to be for test and measurment technology minded engineer. Great place to learn to be an engineer. Close working relationships if you are not remote.

      Cons

      No movement. Most divisions do not know how to work with remote employees Weak achievements touted as great success. Too many excuses for why they are not leadint the market in certain technology areas. Lower level managers not held accountable for being managers of employees. Most employee reviews are the "end of the year" surprises
